I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (10191) specializing in reproductive mental health and providing trauma informed, attachment based support to parents of all genders. I provide a safe, supportive space to discuss issues related to fertility, pregnancy and pregnancy planning, grief/loss, and the postpartum period (depression, anxiety, role transitions and adjustment, relationship difficulties). My approach is holistic; focusing on mind, body and spirit. My work with clients incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution Focused Therapy and mindfulness.

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario, followed by post-baccalaureate program in Counselling and Human Development at Simon Fraser University. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, and completed my Clinical Practicum at the BC Reproductive Mental Health Program at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. In addition to my private practice, I provide counselling services at Royal Columbian Hospital's Reproductive Mental Health Program. I have completed the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Components of Care Training through Postpartum Support International and continue my professional development in this area. I also offer counselling for dads and non-birthing parents, menopause and perimenopause and mid-life transitions.
