Kerry Anne Vigars Holloway
I’m glad you found your way here. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #10191) with 15 years of experience, specializing in reproductive mental health, perimenopause and menopause.
One of the things I appreciate most about this work is that it keeps evolving. I’m still learning all the time, and my clients are a big part of that. Over the years, the areas I’ve been drawn to professionally have grown out of my curiosity about relationships, identity, parenting, midlife, neurodivergence, the mind-body connection, and what helps people keep moving toward lives that feel more aligned with who they want to be — even when change is hard or scary.
I offer trauma-informed, attachment-based counselling for people of all genders navigating fertility concerns and treatment, including IUI and IVF, pregnancy, surrogacy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, PMS/PMDD, pelvic pain/endometriosis, relationship stress, and midlife transitions.
I welcome parents and families in all their forms and also have a particular interest in working with parents and neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD, especially when overwhelm, identity, relationships, or parenting are part of what brings them to counselling. I am currently completing additional ADHD-specific clinical training.
My approach is warm, collaborative and practical. Depending on what you need, I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness.
I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and completed my clinical practicum with the BC Reproductive Mental Health Program at St. Paul’s Hospital. Alongside my private practice, I provide counselling through Royal Columbian Hospital’s Reproductive Mental Health Program.
I am Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, and a Certified Menopause Mental Health Provider through BRIA, with additional training in birth and reproductive trauma, grief, EMDR, and perinatal mental health.
Outside of work, I’m happiest around people I love, live music, the ocean, mossy forests, my plants, and having adventures in new places.
If you’re considering counselling, I’m happy to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
