Perinatal Mental HealthOur clinicians have advanced training and experience in perinatal and reproductive mental health. We support people through fertility concerns and treatment, pregnancy planning, pregnancy and postpartum anxiety or depression, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, PMS and PMDD. We also support dads, partners and non-birthing parents through the emotional and relationship changes that can come with parenthood.

Counselling for AdultsWe provide counselling for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, body image and self-esteem concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. We also offer counselling and support for perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, including changes in mood, identity, relationships, and sense of self.

Our CounsellorsNo referral is needed to book with one of our counsellors. Our team includes Barb Komar, RN, RCC; Kerry Anne Holloway, MA, RCC; Nishi Banipal, RCC; and Heather Awad, MCP, RCC. Our clinicians bring specialized training and experience in reproductive and perinatal mental health, including work and training through BC’s provincial Reproductive Mental Health Program.
