Our rates reflect the community standard and are comparable to other professionals in the Vancouver area. A certain number of client hours are reserved for people that are struggling financially or are underemployed. If you have a concern about affordability, please contact us to discuss your options.
Most extended health benefits cover therapy of some kind, so please look into your options carefully. If your insurance covers Registered Clinical Counselling (RCC) you simply need to provide a receipt to your insurance company and they will reimburse you according to your specific plan.
Payment is required upon completion of each session. Please change or cancel your appointment with plenty of notice so that others may use the time slot you reserved.
Changes or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.
If you have prepaid and are cancelling within 24 hours, the payment can be used for your next counselling session, arrangements for which need to be made within a week of the cancelled session.
There are no refunds for prepaid sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to start time.

Barb's Rates (Online and Phone)
Rate: A 50 minute counselling session with Barb is $160 - $175
Payment Type: Cash or Cheque
Barb can provide counselling for clients who are eligible to see a RCC or Registered Psychologist through their extended benefits plan.
Kerry Anne's Rates (Online and Phone)
Rate: The fee for a 50 minute counselling session with Kerry Anne is $150 + GST ($157.50)
Payment Type: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac Transfer
Kerry Anne is registered with the Autism Funding Branch. Clients eligible to see a RCC through their extended benefits plan may also be reimbursed through their workplace.
