Online and Phone Counselling Services offered During the COVID-19 / Coronavirus Pandemic

We understand that this is a time of fear and confusion for all of us, and the uncertainty about the effects of Coronavirus may have a detrimental impact on our mental health. You may be noticing more feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, confusion, or fear for your personal safety or that of loved ones right now. These are all normal reactions, and having a safe space to process your feelings may be helpful. 

We are still offering counselling services, but in the interest of safety of our clients and their families, and in following the directives of British Columbia health officials, we will be offering services remotely until the threat of the Coronavirus has eased. We are still offering full regular services via phone counselling and online counselling . 

We are still fully present to support our existing clients through this overwhelming and uncertain time, and welcome new clients as well.
